Guided Time helps families plan routines, assign tasks, and manage device access. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and roles

Parent accounts are responsible for configuring the family space and managing kid access. Kids should only use Guided Time with permission from a parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising kids, setting appropriate rules, and deciding when and how device access is granted.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party platforms (for example, Apple services or smart device APIs). Those services may change or experience outages, which can affect availability.

Your use of Guided Time is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains the data we collect and how we use it.

Data retention and backups

We make a best-effort attempt to protect your data and keep backups. Restores and retention are not guaranteed and depend on how this instance is hosted.

We may update or change features over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can delete your family or stop using Guided Time at any time. We may suspend access if the service is abused or used unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Time is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Governing law

This service is intended for use in the United States only. By using Guided Time, you waive any right to sue or bring claims against the service or its operators. If any claim is nevertheless brought, it must be governed by and resolved under the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, with venue in Pettis County, Missouri.

Guided Time is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a planning tool and does not replace parental supervision. This is a new project and we are still working out bugs and logistics, so there are no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or performance.
